About Me

Working as a Psychotherapist or Coach I have discovered that these two approaches will often overlap. Maybe a person will start by looking for therapy and then after deep work discover that they want help with making changes in their lives. Others will come for coaching and deeper issues will be uncovered in the course of this work. If needed I will contract with you to integrate the two disciplines into the recently created Personal Consultancy model. (Personal - working at depth and Consultancy collaborating at taking action to bring about change).
